I am a founder and operator. I own and run multiple businesses - across website and design services, fleet and leasing systems, signage and print operations, and consulting. These are real businesses with real customers, not side projects.

My focus is increasingly on artificial intelligence - not the theatrical kind, but the kind that makes operations more reliable, decisions more informed, and execution more consistent. I am interested in AI as infrastructure: quiet, useful, embedded in how work actually gets done.

I think about systems a lot. How they break, how they scale, how they compound over time. I am drawn to problems where the answer requires both technical understanding and commercial judgment - where knowing how to build something is only half the work.

This site is where I write, document what I am working on, and make my thinking visible over time. It is early. The body of work is accumulating. I am not trying to look further along than I am.
